By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Information

1.1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to customers within the European Union only. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for options.

1.2. Processing Times

•Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

1.3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

•EU countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

1.4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated when available.

1.5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

2. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local VAT, which are not included in our prices. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for any delays or costs due to customs processing in your country.

3. Return & Withdrawal Policy (EU Customers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3.1. Withdrawal Period

You may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days from the date you received the item(s).

3.2. How to Exercise Your Right

3.3. Return Conditions

•Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

•You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

• You are responsible for the cost and method of return shipping.

•We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3.4. Exclusions

The following items are excluded from return:

•Unsealed CDs, vinyl, or audio/video media (once the shrink wrap or seal is broken)

•Custom or made-to-order merchandise

•Perishable items (if applicable)

•Worn or washed T-shirts and/or sweaters

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:

•If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price and original standard shipping cost.

•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

•If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may deduct the diminished value.

Note: We do not refund express shipping upgrades or return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
